These can be obtained from any TCG Booster Pack. With each booster pack, you recieve 1 Virtual Reward.
After obtaining a Virtual Reward, it will be sent to your TCG collection. To redeem it head over to your collection area in the FR TCG and double-click on the item you want to redeem.
If the TCG Booster Pack isn't from the Monthly Member Packs, you can trade it to another player in the Trading Lobby.
