Dearest Free Realms friends,
For many of you, Free Realms has been your home for several wonderful years. In that time we’ve grown up together and become like family to one another. We showed you an amazing, new world in which a child’s imagination could truly come to life. In turn, you showed us what the true meaning of friendship is.
Since April 2009, this Wikia has grown to over 2,500 pages big. That’s all because of you. For all of you who have contributed to the wikia at any point – THANK YOU! We’re so incredibly proud. And to our amazing and wonderful admins, we salute you. Most notably, we’d like to thank Wuher Moseisley who has worked tirelessly for years to help make this wikia one of the best available.
As was announced on the official Free Realms website, our time together will sadly soon come to an end. On March 31, 2014 Free Realms will close its doors. In the meantime however, please feel welcome to continue contributing to this wonderful wikia. It’s not going away and will remain open, even after the sunset! In fact, the main administrators (including Wuher) will still be here to help take care of you.
However, as of April 30, 2014, SOE will take a step back and relinquish our own adminship over this wikia. If you have any questions regarding this change as it relates to the wikia, please feel free to ask in the comments below. If you have any questions regarding the game’s closure, please post on the official forums here or contact SOE’s Customer Service department here.
Thank you for your ongoing support and most importantly, all the memories we’ve celebrated together over the years, both in-game and on this wikia. We’ll miss you!
