Flynn swears he has permission to put on a concert in Snowhill. He hasn't received the permit in the mail yet however. Search around Snowhill for the permit. Perhaps one of the penguin mailmen delivered it to the wrong address or dropped it while making their rounds.

Speak with Flynn located in Snowhill.

Goals

Find Flynn's noise permit in Snowhill.

• Find the Permit
• Return to Flynn at the Snowhill Stage

Steps

1. Speak with Flynn located on the right side of the Snowhill stage.
   • "Maybe one of the penguin mailmen dropped our permit or delivered it to the wrong address!
     Look around Snowhill and find the permit before we have to close the show!" -Flynn
2. Locate the permit
   • It can be found near the entrance to Snowhill.
3. Speak with Flynn located on the right side of the Snowhill stage.
   • "You found the permit?
     Thank goodness. Those penguins sure do make loousy mailmen. The show will be able to continue now.
     Thanks, and remember to rock on!" -Flynn
