Fizzbang was always kind of a pain, but since the robgoblins were cut off from Glimmerdeep he's become a real hassle! He wants more junk, when there really isn't any more junk to be had. He's even sent kaboomers around to "remind" everyone of their junk quotas. How's a robgoblin supposed to nap with kaboomers "kabooming" all over the place!? Rizzle would really appreciate it if you could do something about that for him.

3. Speak with Rizzle located in Whirly's Scrap Camp in Sunstone Valley.
