The Meep is a pet pal that was available to everyone for purchase during 8-Bit Month through Momma Meepster at the regular price of 
25,000, and to Members at the 10% discount price of 22,500.
Momma Meepster offered the opportunity to purchase a meep after completion of the Misplaced Meeps quest that was available exclusively during the 8-Bit Month.
